For the past 15 years I have wanted to go to the Liberty Antiques Festival. Well, this was going to be my year. My husband and I were up early, we went out to a great breakfast, the weather was perfect and after about 30 minutes we made it to Liberty! But not the Liberty Antiques Festival….we made it to Willie’s!! My husband saw the flags and crowd and said, “Yep, this is it, we’re here!” Well, we weren’t but it was a great place nonetheless.
There were so many vendors and so much to choose from.
You could find just about anything here to satisfy your junkin’ sweet tooth.
I love these church booths. They would look so go refinished and used in a dining room.
And I just drooled when I came across this bench made from an old headboard and reclaimed wood.
This was the view as we were leaving Willie’s.
The event takes place at Windmill Lakes in Liberty, NC the same time the Liberty Antiques Festival is held each year.
Maybe next year we’ll actually make it to the Liberty Antiques Festival.
