Ok…so I only took pictures on 2 days this past week. And both were very, very casual pictures. I was lucky enough to get a four day weekend so I didn’t have to dress up for work. And yes, one of the pictures is of my stripper outfit…Enjoy!

I bought a great dining room table off Craigslist last year. And I had the great idea to prime and paint it. The base was primed, painted and stained {one year ago}. It turned out Great! The top was primed and painted {one year ago} but for some reason the paint stayed sticky. So its had a tablecloth over it ever since. Its taken me a year to correct the situation and Citristip helped me get the job done.

I LOVE looking at other people’s blogs. I get so much inspiration from them. It’s funny how you can come home from work tired and worn out, surf through some blogs and BOOM you wanna grab that dusty old dresser from downstairs and paint it!!! At least that’s what it does for me… Here are some blogs I HEART and draw so much inspiration from.

For those of you who like to make your own furniture, this blog is for you. “Knock-off Wood”. The things this woman makes is incredible. I in no way can make my own furniture. I prefer to buy it beaten and bruised at Goodwill and then give it some TLC.
The next blog I love to visit is all about FOOD…this woman is an author and one heck of a cook!! You will find down-home, rustic and satisfying recipes on her blog.

Outdoor spaces are wonderful. You can be so creative in achieving a welcoming environment. I really need some inspiration for my back porch so I found some outdoor ideas that are so beautiful and colorful! ENJOY!!
I love the blue ceiling and the large bill board above the window in this space.
This old barn is so beautiful. The red accents really makes it great!
A watering can turned birdhouse. So very clever…
I love yellow flowers. They bring a burst of color to an outdoor space.
